Exchanges and Returns
All sales are final with the exception of purchases that qualify for our 365 Day Sleep Trial. If you paid by Cash or Check, you will receive a refund check, from Taylor & Wells® Corporate Offices, in the mail within 1-2 weeks. If you paid by Credit Card, we will process the refund back to the card on which you made the purchase. Your refund may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
If a mattress protector is purchased on the same sales receipt, you have the option of receiving a ONE TIME comfort exchange on your mattress within 365 days, or a refund within 120 days of the original purchase date, restocking fee(s), adjustable bases, accessories are non-refundable. We ask that you give your body time to acclimate to the new mattress during the first 30 days before any exchange or return occurs. The mattress you wish to return or exchange must have the label(s) & law tag(s) attached and be free from damage, abuse, or stains. The following items DO NOT qualify for refund or Comfort Exchange: the Family Bed Collection, warranty replacements, damaged, abused or stained mattresses, "as-is" closeout mattresses, display models, special order items, furniture, accessories, mattress protectors, pillows, delivery fees [transportation costs] incurred, "with-purchase" promotional items, bed frames and/or adjustable bases. Promotional items' price [value] will be deducted from any refund(s). Nationwide exchanges or refunds will incur a $299 restocking fee. 365 Day Sleep Trial not valid on purchases of The Family Bed Collection.
Nationwide Delivery & White Glove Delivery & Setup
We do the heavy lifting so you can relax. White-Glove Delivery is the most convenient way to order a mattress online. It’s typically 7 - 10 days from your purchase date until your new mattress arrives and is set up ready for a great night's sleep. Unlike UPS or FedEx, we can’t provide tracking numbers with an exact delivery day. Below is the Nationwide WGD process and what to expect from our White Glove Delivery Team.
It’s your responsibility to provide Taylor & Wells® with a valid phone number in order for our White Glove Delivery Team to contact you regarding the scheduling of your mattress delivery & setup. Nationwide exchanges or refunds will incur a $299 restocking fee.
Online Catalog
Accessories visible in photos (pillows, bedframes, furniture, etc) are not included in purchase unless specified. Accessories are available nationwide within the lower 48 via UPS, FedEx, or USPS ground shipping. Nationwide mattress deliveries may incur additional charges.

Due to the nature of Internet Communication, typographic and technological errors are bound to occur. Taylor & Wells® strives to provide accurate and timely information, however, cannot be held responsible for any such errors.
